Well, I took this photo for a post. Though after retouching the photo, found out that it gives a nice feeling of programming even though it is just CSS

1. The HTML Structure

Create a simple div container for your card.

<div class="glass-card">
  <h2>Glass Effect</h2>
  <p>This card looks like frosted glass.</p>
</div>

2. The CSS Magic

The key property here is backdrop-filter: blur(). Add this to your CSS:

.glass-card {
  background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.2);
  border-radius: 16px;
  box-shadow: 0 4px 30px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.1);
  backdrop-filter: blur(10px);
  -webkit-backdrop-filter: blur(10px);
  border: 1px solid rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3);
  padding: 20px;
  color: white;
  max-width: 400px;
}

3. Important Tip

Make sure your website body has a colorful background image or gradient, otherwise, the glass effect won't be visible!

Conclusion: Glassmorphism adds a modern touch to any layout. Try it on your sidebar widgets!
